As Global Staff Assistant, Mariana wears many hats, supporting Intel Ignite’s marketing, event planning, and operational efforts across multiple regions. She assists in coordinating event logistics, working closely with Intel’s global marketing team. She also plays a part in shaping the overall experience for startups within the program.
Mariana has been instrumental in supporting key events for Intel Ignite, such as Innovation, Hello Tomorrow, KubeCon, and others. Her responsibilities for these events include communicating with key stakeholders, and handling purchasing orders and other logistical tasks. Her consistent attention to detail ensures smooth execution for these high-profile events.
In addition to event planning, Mariana works with Intel Ignite’s marketing team to support content creation for the internal site for Intel’s employees, where she established the Intel Ignite channel. This part of her role involves sourcing, managing, and distributing relevant content, with an emphasis on topics that bring value to engineers and tech experts. She is in charge of creating and distributing the Intel Ignite quarterly newsletter to over 4,000 subscribers.
Visual content creation is another aspect of her role that Mariana excels in, from coordinating with graphic designers to directing video projects. One of the initiatives she led is the “Ignite the Moment” video series, where she managed the project from concept to filming and editing. The project demonstrated her ability to oversee a multi-faceted creative project from start to finish.
Mariana’s skills in content management, project coordination, and graphic design make her a valuable asset to the Intel Ignite team.
