Adi is the operational backbone of Intel Ignite. As Global Operations Manager, she takes the lead in managing complex logistics across multiple regions, and executing global events. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence keep the program running like a well-oiled machine, making her an indispensable part of Intel Ignite’s success.

Building a Foundation for Global Expansion

Adi joined Intel Ignite as the Tel-Aviv Operations Manager in 2020, taking charge of essential day-to-day operations. These include managing purchasing, vendor coordination, and planning for Intel Ignite’s large-scale events. Her ability to juggle all of these varied responsibilities while maintaining a high level of organization has earned her a reputation for getting things done, no matter the challenge. When Intel Ignite expanded globally, Adi stepped into a more strategic role, supporting new site launches in Europe, the US, and the UK. During this phase, she oversaw everything from setting up office spaces to onboarding new team members.

Her deep understanding of Intel’s internal operations, and her expertise in working with both local and global vendors enables Adi to navigate the complex logistics of setting up new branches. She also draws on an extensive background working with executive teams, legal units, and other stakeholders. She is instrumental in managing partnerships and ensuring smooth program execution across all Intel Ignite hubs.

Intel Ignite’s budgeting and operational tools also fall within Adi’s remit. She controls budgets for events, tools, and marketing, and manages the program’s shared work infrastructure.

She is a team player through and through, committed to helping those around her to thrive and excel. From organizing the landmark events in Intel Ignite’s calendar, to skillfully handling the day-to-day operations that support the program as a whole, Adi approaches every responsibility with an unwavering commitment to the program’s vision.

Before joining Intel Ignite, Adi gained extensive experience working in a large organization of nearly 1,000 people within Intel. Her role involved coordinating large-scale conferences and working closely with both global and local vendors. This background equipped her with the skills to handle complex logistics and execute high-level operations, laying the groundwork for her success at Intel Ignite.
